Hi, I’m Andria.

As the founder of San Benito Blooming, I understand the challenges that come with the perinatal period - before, during, and after delivery. Mother of 3 boys, I became a first-time mom in 2015. I was a Prenatal Educator at the time working for a large healthcare organization.

I thought I knew what to expect.

Much to my surprise, my first parenting journey became a humbling time for me. My personal experience as a new mom led me back to my studies in childbirth, lactation, early childhood, and postpartum emotional wellness.

Something I learned over time is that while we strive for perfection, being a perfect mother doesn’t exist!

We are all doing the best we can.

The transition of parenthood for many families is surprising to them and overwhelming at times. You are not alone if you are feeling this way. My vision is to offer a stronger network of preparation and connection.

I founded San Benito Blooming to be your support system.

My background

Since 2007, I have been providing perinatal health and wellness services at Kaiser Permanente. As my passions grew, I completed my mentorship at Hazel Hawkins - Infant Feeding Group where I mentored with the prominent Jana Tomasini, RN, IBCLC.

My experience includes offering classes and individualized support in lactation, childbirth, postpartum health, newborn care, and pediatric education. Currently, I am instructing in the Behavioral Health Education department at Kaiser Permanente, where I focus on postpartum emotional health and a variety of wellness topics.

As a member of San Benito County, I am committed to making comprehensive perinatal services accessible locally and partnering with providers to be a trusted resource for prenatal, postpartum, lactation, and parenting needs.
