90-Minute IN-PERSON Consultation (covered with most insurance). In-Person visits will be scheduled in a San Benito County, CA non-profit office space. In-Person visits will include a weighted feed with professional grade scale.
Consultation will be scheduled with an IBCLC and Certified Wellness Coach II.
Discuss your infant feeding goals.
Topics might include: Back to Work / School, Boosting Milk Supply, Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex, Hyperlactation & Mastitis Prevention, Lactation Emotional Wellness, Positioning, Latch, & Milk Transfer, Starting Solids.

Learn about your lactation & pumping rights in the workplace, at school, and/or while traveling.
Receive pumping information, human milk storage recommendations, and bottle feeding guidance.
Together we will create a realistic infant feeding plan of care while being away from baby.
Communication strategies and boundary setting in the workplace will also be addressed.
Lactation accommodations materials will be provided.

Individual or small group classes.
Classes are taught over 4 sessions, 90m each session in-person or virtually.
Parents will learn the benefits of infant massage, massage strokes & bonding techniques, recognizing baby cues, & how to apply what you learn at home.
Instructor will demonstrate massage strokes on a doll.
