60-Minute VIRTUAL Consultation (covered with most insurance)

90-Minute IN-PERSON Consultation (covered with most insurance). In-Person visits will be scheduled in a San Benito County, CA non-profit office space.

• Consultation will be scheduled with an IBCLC and Certified Wellness Coach II.

• 60-90-minute consultation with an IBCLC discussing your infant feeding goals and back to work plan.

• Learn about your lactation & pumping rights in the workplace, at school, and/or while traveling.

• Receive pumping information, human milk storage recommendations, and bottle feeding guidance.

• Together we will create a realistic infant feeding plan of care while being away from baby.

• Communication strategies and boundary setting in the workplace will also be addressed.

• Lactation accommodations materials will be provided.
