All topics taught by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Childbirth Educator (CCE). This series is taught individually with families, virtually through Zoom. Series might be covered at ZERO cost to you with insurance.
Session 1 - The Basics (90M): The 7 Baby B’s and Baby-Friendly Hospitals, Infant Feeding Basics & Baby Sleep, Birth Bonding & Babywearing, Creating your infant feeding goal.
Session 2 (90M)- Healthy Expectations: Milk Transfer & Newborn Output, Your P.A.L. - Positioning AND Latch, Breastfeeding Concerns & Lactation Aids, Creating a plan of support to meet your infant feeding goal.
Session 3 (90M) - Postpartum Health: Healthy Lifestyles, Matrescence & Postpartum Emotional Health Challenges, Baby Behaviors & Baby Cues, Balance & Boundaries, Discussing your home support system, Creating your village with community resources.
