60-Minute VIRTUAL Consultation (covered with most insurance)

90-Minute IN-PERSON Consultation (covered with most insurance). In-Person visits will be scheduled in a San Benito County, CA non-profit office space.

• Consultation will be scheduled with an IBCLC and Certified Wellness Coach II.

• In this 60-90-minute consultation we will discuss your emotional health as it relates to lactation.

• We will review your birth & breastfeeding experience.

• Discuss your infant feeding goals.

• Provide an overview of perinatal mood disorders and awareness of Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex (D-MER).

• You will learn coping and relaxation strategies.

• Initial consultation will focus on your lactation emotional health.

• Follow-up consultations will focus on specific goals such as milk supply challenges, positioning & latch, pumping, milk storage guidelines, and introducing solids may also be discussed.

• Realistic plan of care will be provided with additional resources for support.
