Visits can be conducted virtually or in-person.
Virtual visits will be provided using a confidential online platform. Insurance companies require cameras to be ‘on’ during the visit. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a link to join at the designated time.

Perinatal classes are very supportive and highly encouraged. However, there is not enough time in a class to discuss comprehensive, individualized lactation guidance. Meeting with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant will provide you with personalized information to help you achieve your infant feeding goals. We will review your medical history, discuss your support system, chat about any barriers, and come up with a plan to help you feel confident postpartum.
